Shark Ray Alley & Caye Caulker

I cannot say enough great things about this outfit. We were scheduled to be in Belize City on a stop with the Carnival Triumph and really wanted to spend a day snorkeling. My mother and nephew wanted to do a river cruise instead so we were looking for a group that could accommodate a variety of needs. My mother and I emailed seperate questions and Kelvin got right back to both of us. Registering for the tours and directions were easy clear and concise. We were greeted once we got off the boat by Desiree holding a sign with our names. We had great personal service on our snorkeling trip to Shark Ray Alley as did my mother on her River Cruise. Our guides (Desiree and Peter for snorkeling and Samuel for the River Cruise) were all knowledgeable and friendly. My seven year old son had a bit of trouble with his mask and snorkel so Peter was gracious enough to first drag him around the reef then stay with him in the boat while my husband and I snorkeled with Desiree. They knew right where to take us to see a variety of sealife - we saw a nurse shark, manta rays, morey eel, puffer fish, a ton of beautiful reef fish as well as a barracuda we named 'Peter' who followed us around like a stray dog. (he was looking to be fed - Desiree had come prepared!) We had a great lunch on Caulker's Caye too! This outfit is second to none and i HIGHLY recommend you work with them. They were professional, and friendly and delivered the beautiful relaxing day of snorkeling we were looking for. Thanks Desiree and Peter!!!!!

"I just wanted to make you aware that the snorkeling tour at Caye Caulker and Shark Alley was amazing. We were with Desiree and Peter and they took such good care of my husband and I. It was the highlight of our cruise. We felt as tho we had known them forever. To be able to sit down to an amazing lunch and feel so comfortable with strangers was Great. My husband tends to be shy,but not on this day. I felt like I was hanging out with family. Please give them my kindest regards and let them know not to change a thing. They are AMAZING. Oh...the reef was amazing too. Absolutley breath taking. Don't drink too much salt water tho:)"
