After a short tender ride from your cruise ship to the docks in Belize City, you will board an air conditioned coach bus and head due West on a 37-mile scenic drive from Belize City to Caves Branch Outpost, your headquarters for the day. Caves Branch Outpost is located in the Central region of Belize inside the Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. During the bus ride your tour guides will provide you with interesting commentary on Belize's culture, history and topography. The Ziprider adventure begins with a ten minute hike to the starting platform from where you will connect you to a series of overhead cables criss-crossing the rainforest canopy. The zipline course features a "beginner's zip run" of only 150 feet. Six other zip runs range in length from 200 feet to 600 feet between treetop platforms secured in the canopy of tropical hardwood trees. Intriguing karst limestone cliffs provide a scenic backdrop as you zip through the rainforest canopy.
